1. Who we are

Geowete Notice Board ("the Board") is operated by Geowete Enterprise Limited, House No. 7 Sable Road, Lusaka, Zambia ("we", "us").

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older to register. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything posted from your account.

3. Listings and content

Information you publish must be accurate and lawful, and you must have the right to use any photos, logos and text you upload. We may edit, hide or remove content that is misleading, offensive, infringes others' rights or breaks the law, and may suspend accounts that do so.

4. Plans and payment

Listings become public once payment for a plan is confirmed and stay public until the paid period ends. Fees are shown on the pricing page in Zambian Kwacha. Payments are not refundable once a listing has gone live, except where the law requires.

5. Marketplace and notices

The Board only connects buyers and sellers. Sales, payments, delivery and quality are agreed directly between them; we are not a party to those transactions and do not guarantee any goods or services.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Businesses may not review themselves or pay for reviews. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

7. Liability

The Board is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for dealings between users.
